Thame resident Charlie Dennington will be embarking on a 437km cycle ride through Vietnam to Cambodia to raise money for the British Heart Foundation in November next year.
Mr Dennington understands the importance of keeping a healthy heart and says The Foundation does a great job in helping people who not only suffer from heart disease, but may be prone to it in the future.
He says the 10-day ride will be a trip he will never forget.
The 25 year old has already started training and is confident that he will be up to the gruelling challenge.
