Haddenham Runners will soon be treading the roads and paths of the Bucks Countryside once more.
Club captain Steve ‘Floella’ Benjamin has decreed that the 2012 season will start on Thursday May 3 with the meet at Cublington Cricket Club car park from 7pm.
Floella has planned yet another gruelling, but fair, schedule for the summer, keeping the runners on their toes, enabling them to prepare for local events, such as the Thame 10k.
The usual faces will be on hand to offer advice and training tips, including professional John ‘The Pro’ Lacey, Dave ‘Lewis’ Collins and possibly Graham ‘Chips’ Turner.
Haddenham Runners always welcome old and new faces. Catch a run by meeting at the Cricket club car park in Cuddington, 7pm Thursdays from May onwards.
