A NEIGHBOURHOOD policing team is reassuring the community and promising to follow every line of enquiry after some graffiti was sprayed onto paths, walls and fences in Chinnor.
Insp Martin Ford, said: “There are officers from the neighbourhood team, in the area speaking to residents and carrying out their investigations, after graffiti was sprayed in red paint on the road and walls of houses in Oakley Road between 5am and 6am on Wednesday (February 15).
“At this stage we believe this to be a targeted attack aimed at specific individuals and we would like the community to know that we are doing all that we can to find who is responsible but it is important now for residents to stick together and let us know any information they have about who has done this.”
If you have any information at all about who has done this, please contact PC Mick Goodenough of Thame police station via the 24-hour Thames Valley Police Enquiry Line on 101.
