Town’s tenor to wow Reading

THAME’S very own tenor Ben Hulett has been hailed by the national press as one of the most promising in his field.

This year sees his debut with English National Opera as Count Almaviva in The Barber of Seville.

There is now a great opportunity to hear him locally, together with soprano Sophie Bevan and bass Giles Underwood.

Ben will sing with Henley Choral Society and their charismatic Grammy-nominated young musical director, Will Dawes, for a performance of The Creation by Haydn on Saturday, March 17 at 7.30pm at the Concert Hall, Reading.

Tickets are priced at £15 or £12 for under 18s.
