A woman from Thame who set up a cleaning franchise has said she is ‘thrilled’ after winning the Best Newcomer title at Molly Maid’s national awards.
Janine Symondson, 54, who lives in the town, said: “I have always wanted to start my own business and Molly Maid has ticked all the boxes.
“It has been a fantastic journey so far seeing the business evolve and I hope this is just the beginning.”
The Thame franchise was selected for the Newcomer of the Year award because of its high sales during its first full year of trading.
The business continues to grow and Janine added: “I am thrilled to have won this award.
“Our teams do a fantastic job at keeping homes sparkling, and our loyal customers are a testament to that.
“I believe in the strong brand of Molly Maid and I am determined to continue in my quest to become even more successful in future.”
