Cases coming before Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court include:
MARK JASON NEVILLE, 33, of Cubitt Street, Aylesbury. In June 2012 aided and abetted Victoria Barnett to commit fraud by making fraudalent refunds transaction while she was working as a customer services adviser in Argos Aylesbury (x3). Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence (Barnett, 32, of Bedwyn Walk, has also pleaded guilty to four counts of fraud and is awaiting sentence).
PETER THOMAS GANGE, 52, of Cromhamstone, Stone. On June 13 in Aylesbury Road, Princes Risborough, drove without due care and attention. Pleaded guilty. Licence endorsed with nine points, fined £1,040, costs £620, victim surcharge £104.
IWONA ANDREWS, 46, of Schorne Lane, North Marston. On December 26 drove green Peugeot 1007 in North Marston Lane, North Marston, after consuming 80 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 20 months, fined £320, costs £85, victim surcharge £32.
LAURIE JADE HALLAM, 20, of Rose Avenue, Aylesbury.1) On October 22 in Aylesbury caused £200 worth of damage to a white Ford Fiesta. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
DAVID MICHAEL PRICE, 30, of Grove Way, Waddesdon. On December 29 jointly with another male stole diesel belonging to the Waddesdon estate.Pleaded guilty. Given two month curfew. Price must remain at his home daily between 7pm and 7am. Price must also pay compensation of £20, £85 costs and £60 victim surcharge.
ELLIOT DAVID SUMMERLING, 43, of Bearbrook Place, Aylesbury.On December 30 stole a bottle of whisky worth £30 from Aldi. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
STEPHEN WILKIE, 52, of Lander Road, Aylesbury. 1) On December 21 in Aylesbury maliciously inflicted grevious bodily harm on a female. Pleaded guilty. 2) On December 20 in Aylesbury assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
PHILIP MARSTON, 29, of Chiltern Close, Wendover. Between 2010 and 2012 in Wendover had indecent photos of a child. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
YVETTE MAXWELL, 45, of Culpepper Close, Aylesbury. On December 29 in Kingsbury, Aylesbury, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Pleaded guilty. Fined £73, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
DAMIEN O’FLYNN, 61, of Turnfurlong Lane, Aylesbury. Between March 1-December 18 2013 pursued a course of conduct which amounted to the harassment of a female. He sent her derogatory and abusive letters. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
JULIAN WRIGHT, 46, of Gibbings Close, North Marston. On December 25 drove a Peugeot 106 in Oliffe Way, Aylesbury, after consuming 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 20 months, fined £400, costs £85, victim surcharge £40.
