A Stoke Mandeville Hospital nurse who allegedly acted inappropriately towards a student is to face a disciplinary conduct hearing.
Perry John Boss is accused of using inappropriate sexual language towards the student in 2010.
It is also alleged that he told the student he had seen her in a pornographic film and gave her a piece of paper to sign saying she agreed to ‘sexual harassment and/or spanking’.
There are also claims Mr Boss said to the student in reference to her practise: “Anyone can stick on a pair of marigolds.”
The case is due to be heard at the Nursing and Midwifery Council in London from January 8 to 10.
