The trio, all aged 25, alledgedly entered the rear of a Parton Road shop, stole car keys and drove off in a red Mercedes that was outside.
Aaron Lawrence, of Whitehead Way, has been charged with burglary non-dwelling, aggravated vehicle taking, dangerous driving and number of driving offences.
Lee Davis, of Court Close, and Ashley Smith, of Ayrshire Close, have been charged with burglary non-dwelling and aggravated vehicle taking.
The incident happened at around 10.30am on July 9.
All three men are due to appear before High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on Friday (July 19).
