The 36 year old was arrested on suspicion of driving while unfit due to drugs after being pulled over by police.
He was arrested in Haddenham Road, Kingsey, just before 9pm on Wednesday (June 5), police said today.
The man has been released on bail until June 26.
His arrest was part of a month-long police operation to crack down on drink driving.
In the first nine days of the campaign, which began on June 1, 95 people were arrested, including 22 in Bucks.
