A mixed team of bowlers from Thame visited Kidlington on Wednesday to play a friendly game of triples.
Kidlington won on three of the four rinks to take the game by a slim margin of 13 shots, 65-52.
Top rink honours for Thame went to Wendy Rawson,Terry Emberson and skipper Simon Bell 14-13.
On Saturday, Thame welcomed bowlers from Long Crendon to play five rinks of mixed triples.
As usual it was a close game and at the halfway stage Thame were holding a seven-shot lead which slowly increased to seal victory by 18 shots 105-87. Top rink honours went to Alfred Jochum,John Rust, Richard Plested and skip Ingrid Dale.
