A Thame chiropractor has been selected to be part of the medical team at the Olympic and Paralympic Games this summer.
Juliet Lock will form part of the central medical team at the Games in London.
The multidisciplinary team will provide medical support to athletes and support staff from around the world during the Games.
Many chiropractors applied to be part of the team but Ms Lock was deemed good enough to make the cut.
She said: “To have been selected is a massive honour.
“To be part of this event at any level is tremendously exciting, but the chance to work with the best athletes from around the world is a once in a lifetime opportunity.
“I’m really excited about working in the medical team with some of the best sports care doctors, physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths and sports massage practitioners from the UK and abroad.”
