POLE dancing will be the special of the day at the James Figg during an event to raise money for ‘Help for Heroes’ on Saturday.
The ‘pole jam’ event, organised through Pole Attack, will take place in the Stables space at the back of the pub to mark Armed Forces Day and anyone with experience can have a go.
The fun kicks off at 4pm and the pole dancing will be followed by a fancy dress barbecue and disco. The aim is to raise £1,500 for the charity.
Frazer Sutherland, of the James Figg, said the charity is one that is close to the community’s heart.
