If you haven’t been to Aylesbury Waterside Theatre yet, then try to catch the Alan Bennett’s Lady In The Van – which is showing until Saturday (and will only cost you £10 for a ‘cheap’ ticket),
The incredibly funny, unusual and quirky play opened at the venue on Tuesday – and is worth going to see if you are yet to catch a show at the venue (in the personal view of Bucks Herald entertainment reporter Andrew Kay).
The Lady in the Van is based on the true story of a woman who parked in the writers garden for 15 years. The show features a much larger cast than you expect along with excellent visuals and real vans.
