The Post Office has agreed to re-open Brill Post Office at Brill Sports and Social Club.
On January 15, the temporary service will begin, and will be run by a regular postmaster.
A spokesman for The Post Office, said the temporary service will be run by the Postmaster from Longwick each Friday from 9.15am – 12.15pm, ‘while we continue to work towards a longer term permanent solution for the village’.
“Brill Post Office temporarily closed in March 2013 due to circumstances beyond our control,” he added.
“Since the closure, we have been exploring our options for restoring a Post Office service.”
