A fitness instructor who famously ran 10 back to back marathons around Thame is back – to raise even more money for charity.
George Anderson, who raised £10,000 for charity last year, is hosting a special workout and nutrition talk this Sunday, in aid of disabled children’s charity Thomley.
He said: “Lots of people are thinking about getting in shape for the summer at the moment, so this is a great opportunity to get a bit of a kick start.
“I’ll be giving a 20 minute talk on nutrition, where I’ll be explaining some of the simple swaps people can make to start getting immediate benefits, and then we’ll go into a 45 minute work out.”
He added: “All of my workouts are designed to encourage everybody individually, and I’ll be catering for every level of fitness. You don’t need to be super fit to join in.”
The event starts at 2.30pm at Thomley in Worminghall, and everyone taking part is asked to make a donation of £10.
