A man who stole perfume and aftershave from TK Maxx is featured in this week’s round-up from Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court.
MELVIN FORD DUBLIN, 43, of Carlton Close, Aylesbury. On November 3 stole perfume and aftershave worth £46 from TK Maxx, Broadfields, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, victim surcharge £15, compensation £23.
SIMON EMMETTE, 22, of Levings Close, Aylesbury. On November 19 in Meadowcroft, Aylesbury, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Pleaded guilty.
ELLIOT BALYNN, 32, of Thornley Close, Aylesbury. On November 21 in Bicester Road, Aylesbury, drove a black Audi A6 after consuming 57 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £1,400, victim surcharge £120, costs £85.

NEVILLE GREEN, 47, of Tring Road, Wendover. On June 27 in High Street, Wendover, assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. Fined £665, compensation £200, costs £85, victim surcharge £67.
SIMON LEE ROWSELL, 35, of Rivets Close, Aylesbury. 1) On November 11 stole three DVDs worth £59 from Sainsbury’s, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. 2) On November 20 had in his possession a foil lined box, an article for use in the course of theft. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
NATASHA ESTELLE TICKNER, 21, of Paterson Road, Aylesbury. On August 16 drove a blue Ford Focus in Smeaton Close, Aylesbury, without due care and attention. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location drove without insurance. Pleaded guilty. Licence endorsed with nine points, fined £220, costs £85, compensation £50, victim surcharge £20.
MARK DAVID TOFTE, 21, of Rubens Close, Aylesbury. 1) On September 10 entered as a trespasser into Holly Tree Cottage, Kingswood, and stole £90 cash. Pleaded guilty. 2) On September 17 stole £51 cash from Holly Tree Cottage. Pleaded guilty. 3) On September 15 entered as a trespasser into the walk-in fridge in the bar area of Notley Farm, Long Crendon, and stole two bottles of alcohol worth £40. Pleaded guilty. 4) Same date stole £100 from Notley Farm House, Long Crendon. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
CARLY WILLIAMS, 29, of Penn Road, Aylesbury. Between June 3 and June 10, 2014, stole jewellery belonging to an individual in Stoke Mandeville. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
