DUNCAN GORMAN, 51, care of Dean Avenue, South Ruislip. On April 26 in Alexander Road, Aylesbury, had in his possession a quantity of cannabis, a class B drug.Pleaded guilty. Fined £75, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
REBECCA HAMPSON, 30, of Terry Drive, Aylesbury. On June 22 stole food items worth £3 from Poundland, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Fined £75, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
BETSABE REBECA PERDUTO, of Western Road, Tring. Between 2012 and 2013 in Buckinghamshire and elsewhere supplied goods and services by RRP Express Couriers Ltd in contravention of a condition requiring her to give a security for the payment of any Value Added Tax which was or may have become due from her (ten counts). Pleaded guilty. Fined £5,000, costs £85, victim surcharge £50.
MARK PUNCHARD, 42, of Vale Road, Aylesbury. 1) On April 5 in Deep Mill Lane and Windsor Lane, Little Missenden, drove without due care and attention. Pleaded guilty.2) Same date/ location, failed to stop vehicle when required to do so by a constable in uniform. Pleaded guilty. Licence endorsed with six points, fined £355, costs £85, victim surcharge £36.
MICHAEL JOHN STOKES, 25, of Hobbshill Road, Great Missenden. On May 3 in London Road, Little Kingshill, had in his possession 0.33 grammes of cocaine, a class A drug. Pleaded guilty. 2) Committed further offence while subject to a suspended sentence for two counts of robbery.Admitted.Fined £600, costs £85, victim surcharge £60.
CHRISTOPHER JAMES WHITE, 41, of Grenville Green, Aylesbury. On June 26 in a public place in Grenville Green was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Pleaded guilty. Fined £35, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
MICHAEL JOHN EMMETTE, 22, of Somerville Way, Aylesbury. On September 29 at Tindal Centre, Aylesbury, used towards a male threatening words/ behaviour with intent to cause fear of violence. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally, costs £175, victim surcharge £15.
CHARLIE THOMAS NORMAN BANTON, 18, of Walton Road, Aylesbury. 1) On June 29 used threatening words/ behaviour. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date, criminally damaged a cordless phone belonging to Thames Valley Police. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally, costs £35, victim surcharge £15. DARREN BURTON, 31, of Bicester Road, Aylesbury. 1) On June 8 in Colonel Grantham Avenue, Aylesbury, drove a Ford Focus after consuming 78 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location drove without third party insurance. Disqualified from driving for 18 months, fined £370, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
