Court round-up (including man who stole fillet steak from Morrisons)

Cases coming before Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court includes:

PAUL ANTHONY BAILEY, 54, of Balfour Way, Aylesbury. On February 15 stole fillet steak worth £57 from Morrisons in Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Fined £75, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

ANTHONY BISWELL, 48, of Bushell Close, Leighton Buzzard. On October 15 in Oxford Road, Aylesbury, drove without due care and attention. Pleaded guilty. Licence endorsed with six points, fined £280, costs £85, victim surcharge £28.

RONALD REX DAVID MANNION, 30, of Wellcroft, Ivinghoe. 1) On January 8 in Wellcroft had in his possession 0.2 grams of herbal cannabis, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. 2) Offence committed during suspended sentence for being concerned in the supply of drugs. Awaiting sentence.

TOMAS GERRARD MCAULLEY, 25, of Ada Walk, Milton Keynes. 1) On August 18 in Aylesbury assaulted a police officer. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location had in his possession a quantity of cocaine, a class A drug. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
