ANDREW MERRILL, 32, of Rockingham Close, Pitstone. On June 2 in Rockingham Close, drove without insurance. Pleaded not guilty, proved in absence. Licence endorsed with six points, fined £600, costs £620, victim surcharge £60.
KEITH CARL FLOYD, 28, of The Firs, Brill. 1) On January 26 in Brill without lawful excuse damaged a vehicle belonging to a male.Pleaded guilty. 2) Commission of further offence while subject of conditional discharge for criminal damage. Admitted breach. Fined £73, compensation £100, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
HANNAH FRANCIS GILLETT, 32, of Woollerton Crescent, Wendover. On January 22 stole cigarettes and groceries worth £139 from Budgens, High Street, Wendover. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
LIAM PETER LUMLEY, 24, of Park Street, Aylesbury. On May 1 stole a bottle of Moet champagne worth £33 from Kings Wines, Parton Road, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Fined £140, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
CHARLES MOLYNEUX, 33, of Coxhill Way, Aylesbury. On November 22 stole perfume and aftershave from the Fragrance Shop, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Fined £73, costs £85, compensation £65, victim surcharge £20.
PAUL MICHAEL CARTER, 47, of Mellstock Road, Aylesbury. 1) Between 2010 and 2013 made indecent photographs of a child (x4). Pleaded guilty. 2) On May 28 distributed indecent photos of a child. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
MICHAEL FINCH, 43, of Keats Close, Aylesbury. 1) On July 7 handled stolen goods, namely a Honda generator worth £500, belonging to Saunders Brothers Builders. Pleaded guilty. 2) On July 7 has in his possession 0.14g of methymethcathinone, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. 3) On July 7 had in his possession 0.17g of cannabis resin, a class B drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £175, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.
CLEAVELAND RIDDOCK, 19, of HM Youth Offenders Institute, Portland, Dorset. On July 27 assaulted a male prison officer at Aylesbury Young Offenders Institute. Pleaded guilty. Eight weeks added to his sentence. Magistrates said it was an unprovoked attack on a prison officer from behind.
TAHIR NAVEED, of Hampden Gardens, Aylesbury. On October 21 deposited controlled waste – cardboard packaging and general waste –at Southcourt Community Centre in Prebendal Avenue, Aylesbury. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally for 12 months, costs £300, victim surcharge £15.
ZAFAR AFZAL, proprietor of Spicy Grill, Cambridge Street, Aylesbury. Aylesbury Vale District Council inspected Spicy Grill premises and found open food, work surfaces and equipment to be contaminated with rodent droppings in the store room. There was also evidence of rodent infestation in the kitchen. AVDC applied for and received from magistrates a hygiene emergency prohibition order on 11/2/14, ordering that use of the premises for the food business is prohibited. Afzal was also ordered to pay £2,187 costs. The takeaway has since re-opened to the public.
