Bucks County Council has been shortlisted in four categories for a local government awards ceremony.
The council has been nominated in the public health, corporate governance, innovation in commissioning and team of the year categories at the Local Government Chronicle Awards.
The winners will be announced at a ceremony in London on March 12.
Council leader Martin Tett said: “We are thrilled by being shortlisted for so many awards, and we are pleased that the judges share our views about the high quality of work being undertaken in so many of our council departments.
“It would be great to win these awards, but just being shortlisted is an honour in itself.”
