Cases coming before Aylesbury Magistrates Court includes:

KARL ASHLEY, 28, of Carlton Close, Aylesbury. On October 31 in Jackson Road, Aylesbury, drove a motor vehicle after consuming alcohol so the proportion of it in your breath was 75 microgrammes in 100 millilitres (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 20 months, fined £325, costs £85, victim surcharge £33.

CHARLOTTE DRIVER, 25, of Coxhill Way, Aylesbury. On May 25 in Leighton Buzzard, drove a motor vehicle without due care and attention. Pleaded guilty. Six points on licence, fined £350, costs £85, victim surcharge £85.

JASON KING, 41, of Hazell Road, Prestwood. On October 31 in Great Kingshill used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby. Pleaded guilty. Fined £37, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

RYAN CLACY, 18, of Bishopstone. On November 3 in Aylesbury assaulted a man by beating him. Pleaded guilty. Fined £75, compensation £100, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

RYAN JAMES, 29, of Bearbrook Place, Aylesbury. On October 31 in Aylesbury stole toiletries worth £18.04 from Superdrug. Pleaded guilty. Community order made, victim surcharge £60, costs £20.

RYAN SEARLE, 31, of Kennet Close, Aylesbury. 1) On November 5 in Aylesbury had in your possession one wrap of crack cocaine, a controlled class A drug. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/location had in your possession two wraps of diamorphine, a controlled class A drug. Pleaded guilty. Fined £150, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

DANIEL SIBLEY, 22, of Fowler Road, Aylesbury. 1) On October 31 in Aylesbury damaged a fence panel worth £60 intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/location damaged a police vehicle belonging to Thames Valley Police intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property would be destroyed or damaged. Pleaded guilty. 3) Same date/location assaulted a man by beating him. Pleaded guilty. Fined £260, compensation £210, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

ADAM SMITH, 19, of no fixed abode. 1) On November 3 at the Exchange Street car park in Aylesbury were drunk and disorderly. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date in Exchange Street had with you a stanley knife. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.
