Cases coming before Aylesbury Magistrates’ Court include:

FAYSAL BHUIYA, 27, of The Quadrant, St Ives, Cambridgeshire. On July 18 in a village in Aylesbury Vale intentionally touched a 15-year-old girl in a sexual way when she did not consent. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. Discharged conditionally, costs £775, compensation £100, victim surcharge £15.

PAUL HENRY BADEN, of Missenden Road, Winslow. On October 25 in Horn Street, Winslow, drove a blue MG ZT car after consuming 44 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 milliltres of breath (legal limit is 35mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £115, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

RYAN DOUGLAS ELSTON, 21, of Ebble Close, Aylesbury. On October 27 in Exchange Street, Aylesbury, was guilty, while drunk, of disorderly behaviour. Pleaded guilty. Discharged conditionally, costs £85, victim surcharge £15.

MICHAEL JOHN SENDELL, 72, of Bowood Lane, Wendover. On September 17 in London Road, Wendover, drove a black BMW 3 Series, after consuming 89 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood (legal limit is 80mgs). Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £180, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

GARRAN GRAHAM, 30, of Coxhill Way, Aylesbury. On September 5 in Aylesbury assaulted a male. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

EDWARD JOSEPH PETRONS, 20, of Aylesbury Road, Wendover. 1) On September 26 in Wendover assaulted a female. Pleaded guilty. 2) Same date/ location used threatening words/ behaviour. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

DAVID MICHAEL PRICE, 29, of Grove Way, Waddesdon. On October 25 stole cosmetics worth £41 from Tesco Broadfields. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

ANDREW PETER PAUL ROBINSON, 48, care of Penn Road, Aylesbury. On October 26 at Stoke Mandeville Hospital used threatening words/ behaviour. Pleaded guilty. Fined £35, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

PAULA SHEPHERD, 59, of Horn Street, Winslow. On October 26 in High Street, Winslow, drove a Mini Cooper after consuming 65 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Pleaded guilty. Disqualified from driving for 18 months, fined £105, costs £85, victim surcharge £20.

MOHAMMED KHAN, 38, of Caversham Green , Aylesbury. On March 8 in Aylesbury Road, Wendover, drove when he was in such a position that he could not have proper control of the vehicle. Pleaded not guilty, found guilty. Fined £200, costs £150, victim surcharge £20.

DAVID MICHAEL PRICE, 29, of Grove Way, Waddesdon. On September 30 in Thame dishonestly made off without having paid for £126 worth of fuel. Pleaded guilty. Awaiting sentence.

DARREN LEE COLLINS, 19, of Cleveland Road, Aylesbury. 1) On June 8 outside Nisa Shop in Buckingham Street, Aylesbury, drove without insurance. Pleaded guilty. 
2) Same date/ location drove without licence. Pleaded guilty. Licence endorsed with six points, fined £220, costs £65, victim surcharge £20.
