Buckinghamshire’s George Russell achieved the rare distinction of scoring a century on his Minor Counties Championship debut in the Eastern Division game against Hertfordshire at Long Marston on Sunday.
The 18-year-old High Wycombe wicket-keeper scored 139 to rescue Bucks from a perilous situation on the first day of the three-day match.
