A £14,000 redevelopment of the roundabout outside Aylesbury College has been completed.
Some workmen are still at the Oxford Road site, but the raised roundabout has now gone, replaced with a flatter one with three ‘bell’ bollards.
Bucks County Council said the new bollards will ‘help give greater resilience’ if they are hit by a vehicle and ‘increase visibility of the junction for road users’, despite being lower down.
Through the three-week works minor patching has taken place, road markings have been refreshed and signs replaced.
