Daniel Collings, of Elmhurst Road, Aylesbury, was sentenced at High Wycombe Magistrates’ Court on Monday after pleading guilty to racially aggravated harassment.
The charge followed an incident at 2.20am on May 28 when the 27 year old used racist language towards a taxi driver in Kingsbury.
The incident was one of several to occur in Aylesbury in the weeks after the murder of Drummer Lee Rigby in Woolwich on May 22.
Collings was given a community order with a requirement for alcohol treatment and told to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £60.
