Several of Aylesbury’s neighbours have been shortlisted as the worst places to live in the UK.
Milton Keynes, Luton, Bedford and High Wycombe have all been included on the list of 100 for new book ‘Crap Towns Returns’ but Aylesbury is not included.
The publishers are inviting people to nominate why or why not a town should make the final list of 50 for the book, which will be published in October.
It’s 10 years since the first book ‘Crap Towns’ was released and sold more than 100,000 copies.
In 2004 follow up book ‘Crap Towns II: The Nation Decides’ Luton was voted in as the worst town to live in.
