A street dance teacher is organising a night of music, dance and magic to help schoolchildren and get her closer to her dreams.
Helayna Liviero, a former Grange pupil who now teaches at the school, is hosting the fundraising event.
She recently gained a place at Performers College in Essex for a one-year pre-vocational course starting in September.
However, Ms Liviero, who lives in Aylesbury, is unable to pay the full £7,000 cost on her own.
She has been writing to charities for help and hopes the street dance show, which is being held at The Grange, can help get her towards the target.
It will not just be for her benefit though, with half of the money raised on the night going back into the school.
Ms Liviero said: “It is my dream to train and become a professional dancer.
“The kids have been working on putting together their own dance pieces after an audition process, the show will consist of talks by me and the students, performances and certificates.”
The event starts at The Grange at 7pm on Friday (July 12).
Tickets are £3 and can be bought from the school.
Some may be available on the night.
