Highway maintenance work will be carried out on Wendover Road, Stoke Mandeville and High Street, Aylesbury by Bucks County Council.
The work in Stoke Mandeville will start on Monday (June 10) and last for three nights, during which road closures will be in place.
Information signs will be put up before work starts giving dates and times.
The work in Aylesbury will begin on Thursday June 13 and last for six nights, excluding the weekend.
This work could be disrupted during bad weather, but advance notice boards on the site will be updated to reflect any changes.
The works are being done to improve the condition of the roads and prolong their life.
All work will be done at night to minimise daytime disruption and to be more cost effective as more work can be done during a shorter time.
The council said it will try to keep noise as low as possible but that noisy activity may occur at times due to the nature of the work.
Diversions will be in place during the work but access should be maintained for residents and businesses, although there may be some delay as road treatment works pass a particular property.
