Oxford man racks up 13 offences

TONY ATTWOOD, 30, of Phipps Road, Oxford, admitted burglary of £30 cash from De Wani Shah’s Indian Restaurant and burglary of £5 from Auto Parts in Thame on January 4. Also admitted driving without a licence and without insurance in Park Rise, Ambrosden, on January 4, and commission of further offences during the period of a suspended sentence. A total of 10 other offences were also taken into consideration. Given six penalty points and jailed for 24 weeks.

NAOMI ALICE FORSTER, 23 of Church Street, Brill. On December 31 drove motor vehicle along Exchange Street, Aylesbury after consuming alcohol so that the proportion in your breath was 58 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Pleaded guilty. Fined with costs £380. Disqualified from holding licence for 16 months.

CHARLOTTE JANE MORLEY, 43, of Churchway, Haddenham. On December 12 failed to provided required specimen or specimens of breath for analysis by means of device approved by Secretary of State. Pleaded guilty. Fined with costs £200. Disqualified from holding or obtaining driving licence for 18 months.

THOMAS JAMES KENNY, 21, of Eythorpe Road, Stone. On August 5 used motor vehicle along road, namely Chiltern Avenue, Amersham, when the rear offside of the vehicle was fitted with tyre which had the ply or cord exposed. Pleaded guilty. Fined with costs £150. Licence endorsed with three penalty points.
