Children’s charity now in prime Aylesbury location

A children’s charity has opened the doors to its first ever shop in Aylesbury town centre.

CHAT is now situated behind Marks and Spencer in Cambridge Street and sells a wide range of good quality new and used clothing and accessories, toys, books, soft furnishings, bric a brac and jewellery.

President and Lib Dem councillor Raj Khan said: “We are delighted to have opened a shop in Aylesbury. It’s now the town feeding to the children directly.”

The charity supports families in Bucks with children who have ongoing complex health needs. CHAT raises funds to be able to provide these families with much needed short term respite care.

New town Mayor Steve Patrick unveiled the new store on his first official duty.
