Emma Protheroe, of Prince Rupert Drive, Aylesbury, pleaded guilty to causing GBH and was given an eight month suspended prison sentence.
The 28 year old was out with friends in the Mirage nightclub on November 3, 2012, when there was an incident with another group.
Her victim said she was kicked in the club and she was later talking to someone outside a pizza takeaway in Buckingham Street when Protheroe assaulted her again.
This second attack was witnessed by police officers who were parked nearby and Protheroe was subsequently charged with causing a wound inflicting GBH without intent.
As well as the suspended sentence, Protheroe was ordered by Aylesbury Crown Court to do 150 hours of unpaid work and take part in four days of restorative justice activities.
