Cows on the line delayed trains running through Haddenham this morning.
Chiltern Railways trains travelling in both directions had to travel at reduced speeds for around 10 minutes after the cows escaped from their field and got on the line at around 6.40am.
Network Rail attended the area and normal speeds were resumed at around 8.10am when all cows were safely back in the field.
Once the line was clear, Chiltern Railways tweeted: “The cows in the Haddenham area have mooved clear of the line.
“Apologies if you have been delayed this morning.”
