An independent optician with practices in Chinnor and Thame has been nominated for a national award to recognise its dry eye clinics.
Ivan R. Cammack Optometrist is one of five candidates to reach the final stages of the Dry Eye Award category at the 2013 Optician Awards.
Ivan Cammack, practice owner, said: “The optician awards celebrate the best in the industry and we are thrilled to have made it to the nominations stage in such a competitive category.
“We are offering some fantastic eye care in Chinnor, Thame and Wendover and it’s great to be recognised on a national scale for our dry eye clinics.” The optician was noted for acquiring the relevant skills to offer the service for those with dry eye problems and encouraging patients to attend.
The winner will be announced on April 13.
