A film made by teenagers about the dangers of youth on youth robbery was premiered at a private screening at Aylesbury Odeon cinema last week.
Supported and funded by a group of bodies including Thames Valley Police and the county, district and town councils, Snatched was created by eight Grange School drama students.
Matt Partridge, chairman of Aylesbury Vale Community Partnership said: “Aylesbury Vale is very safe, but young people need to be aware of the dangers of showing off things like phones and iPods especially in alleyways late at night.”
The film will now be circulated and shown to thousands of pupils in Vale schools over the next few weeks in a preventative move to keep crime figures low.
