Father Christmas has made time in his busy schedule to hand out presents on the Chinnor railway this Christmas.
The stunning steam train will be running at 10.15am, 11.30am, 1pm, 2.15pm and 3.30pm every weekend up to Christmas.
With presents for children and refreshments for parents, the return trip from Chinnor Station to Thame Junction offers a magical way to feel the festive spirit. Parents ride for £11 and children for just a tenner.
On Saturday 15 the steam train will be filled with the festive cheer of Christmas carols for a special carol trip at 7pm.
The line was first opened in 1872 as part of the Great Western Railway, although it was closed to passengers 1957-1994.
The spectacular heritage railway is run entirely by volunteers.
In the new year, railway enthusiasts will have the unique opportunity to drive a steam train at one of the driver experience days lined up for 2013.
